COVID-19 has affected everyone’s lives over the past few months, and we know how stressful it can be to cope with all these unprecedented changes.

While our Dream Team is busy moving, here are a few updates and FAQs to keep your mind at ease during the COVID-19 crisis.


Moving you is still our #1 priority – but safety must always walk hand-in-hand

To ensure we can provide a worry-free move and carry out our services with the same high standards as usual, we have implemented the below precautions:

  • Our movers are being kept up to date with the latest health advice from official sources and have been educated on efficient personal hygiene and cleanliness practices.
  • Our Dream Team will be wearing masks and gloves throughout the whole process. We encourage them to be swapped regularly throughout the day, so we provide plenty of spares for the team in every truck.
  • Maintaining a safe (1-2 metre) distance from customers at all times.
  • Hand and surface sanitisers are lifesavers, and now are a part of our on-site essentials kits.
  • Our trucks and all of our equipment are disinfected between every job to ensure there is no risk to you, your family, or our team.
  • We guarantee that all of our active employees are free of any COVID-19 symptoms prior to commencing any works. This is being individually monitored on a daily basis.

How will my scheduled move be affected?

 

We are doing our best to carry out all scheduled works as per usual, while taking all of the above measures into account. 

However, it is very important to note that there are major changes happening every day that may affect services and society as a whole, so we are staying up-to-date with official announcements to make sure safety remains a top priority.

We count on your understanding that we are all navigating unchartered waters, so there may be times where situations might have to be adapted, and changes made without much notice. Know that we are doing everything that we can to control the controllable, but some situations are out of our hands.

Should there be the need to make any changes or alterations, rescheduling or cancellation of hired services, we will inform you as soon as possible to minimize any possible inconveniences.


Can I still book a service for an upcoming date?
 

 

Yes, we are still operating and making bookings until further notice. Any changes or alterations that may affect you or your scheduled works will be communicated as soon as possible.


What should I do to help?
 

 

  • Please exercise good health and hygiene. 
  • Keep yourself and family/staff at a safe distance from our movers.
  • Please don’t shake hands with any of our team members.
  • Sanitise/disinfect surfaces and belongings if possible to make the job even safer for our Team. 
  • Be mindful of our team, do not risk unnecessary exposure. Please take responsibility and immediately notify us if you or anyone in your household is suspected to have, is showing symptoms of, or is diagnosed with COVID-19. We will be happy to reschedule or assist you in finding a logistical solution that guarantees everyone’s safety.
