Additional Benefits Included

As part of our service, packing and unpacking are included in our hourly rate, and we offer free wrapping for your furniture. You’ll only need to cover the cost of packing materials if required, such as boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and pens.

Fair Hourly Rates

Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. We charge based on an hourly rate system, ensuring you only pay for the time you use. Our rates start as soon as our truck arrives at your pickup address and continue until we’ve completed offloading at your final destination. For depo to depo services, the rates apply from our depot and back.

Service Details

Minimum Hours: Every relocation incurs a minimum charge of 2 hours.

Increments: After the initial 2 hours, truck relocations are charged in 15-minute increments.

Tolls and Fines: Any tolls, parking fines, or waste disposal fees incurred during the relocation will be added to your bill. Usually, this means a quicker travel time, so you pay less overall.

Additional Charges

Booking Payment: To ensure that your moving service is reserved and secured, we require a booking payment fee in advance. This fee helps us allocate the right resources and plan effectively for your move, guaranteeing the high level of service you expect from us.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. However, to minimise disruptions in our scheduling, any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 2-hour penalty fee. This fee reflects the preparation costs and resource allocation made in anticipation of your move.

In cases where our removalists are already en route to or have arrived at the location, and a cancellation is made, the minimum charge will be equivalent to 2 hours of service. This policy is in place to cover the costs of mobilising our team and the lost opportunity to serve other clients.

Payment Methods: To accommodate your preferences, we accept a variety of payment methods including cash, credit card, and bank transfer.

For credit card payments, there is a nominal surcharge to cover the processing fees. Visa and Mastercard payments incur a 2.5% surcharge, while American Express transactions have a slightly higher surcharge of 3%. These surcharges are a standard practice to cover the additional costs incurred by credit card companies processing fees.

Insurance and Liability

To lodge a claim, any damage must be reported to our workers and the office before the service ends. We are not responsible for unreported damages.

The customer or a representative must be present during the job. Without this, we cannot take responsibility for any claimed damages.

Specialist Items

Please inform our office if you have any specialist items such as large appliances, pianos, safes, or commercial equipment. We reserve the right not to move any such items if not informed at the time of booking.
