Start with your building. The 2021 Census counted 79.9% of Coogee homes as flats or apartments (ABS), so most moves here begin or end in an apartment block.
The building’s rules. Strata blocks in Coogee each have by-laws of their own (NSW Government). Your building manager can say whether the lift must be booked or padded, when moves are allowed and where a truck may load.
